    Program Rules

    Participating G.A. Rogers & Associates locations implemented the following Employee Referral Bonus Program for eligible G.A. Rogers & Associates Field Associates, Clients, and certain G.A. Rogers & Associates brand employees who refer candidates to a separate business unit.

    Only certain G.A. Rogers & Associates Field Assoiates and certain G.A. Rogers & Associates brand employees are eligible to participate in this Program.

    1. Field Associates
    All current and former G.A. Rogers & Associates Filed Associates – with the exception of those who subsequently converted to positions as G.A. Rogers & Associates employees – are eligible to participate in the Employee Referral Bonus Program provided they are currently in good standing (i.e., are eligible for rehire).

    2. Corporate Employees
    Current Corporate and branch office staff are not eligible to participate in this bonus program, with the exception that current PrideStaff, PrideStaff Financial, Rx relief and Insurance Relief employees are eligible for referrals to a completely separate business unit and only if they would not otherwise be eligible for incentive compensation if the referred candidate is placed. For example, a PrideStaff employee would be eligible for referral placements made to Rx relief, who is then placed by Rx relief.

    3. Others
    Any other person who is not affiliated with G.A. Rogers & Associates is potentially eligible to participate provided they are not currently employed by an existing client of G.A. Rogers & Associates or any of its brands.

    Bonus Criteria and Payments
    To receive a bonus, the referred candidate: (1) must be hired by a G.A. Rogers and Associates client in the United States; AND (2) cannot be the result of a recruiting function such as a college hiring effort or career job fair. The referring employee will not receive a bonus if their referral: (1) has already been referred by someone else; (2) has already completed a candidate profile or applied to the PrideStaff Companies; within the past 12 months. Referral bonus will be paid in the form of a VISA gift card. All referrals must be submitted electronically to the It Pays to Have Friends!® link located on the G.A. Rogers & Associates website. G.A. Rogers & Associates does not guarantee employment to any individual and reserves the right to change these program rules at any time.
