Erica spent her career building, managing and leading HR departments, aligning human resources functions with business goals to optimize performance, enhance productivity and drive profitable growth. As an entrepreneur and certified Human Resources and Payroll professional (SHRM-CP & FPC), she brings a wealth of operational, business, full-cycle recruiting and talent management skills to her role as a Strategic-Partner and an energy and enthusiasm to work that is infectious for the team.

Randy comes from a management consulting background, in which he worked with clients across various industries to solve their business problems. He’s certified in project management and skilled in hiring, managing and training teams. He brings that same operational excellence to PrideStaff focused on getting it right for clients.
